The WordPress Starter plan offers way more features and benefits than that of the Single Shared Hosting plan. The displayed price is $3.99 per month and it is exactly what you will end up paying, if you choose this plan (with CDN & daily backups).
If we compare this to the premium plan, you save money here and get more resources. Premium hosting per month price comes to $4.04 and therefore with Business Hosting, you save approx 1% more and get twice the resources.
Competitor Comparison
The price is simply beyond comparison. While the price at Hostinger is $3.99, for SiteGround and Bluehost it is way higher.
SiteGround offers the GoGeek plan and it is priced at $11.95 / month. The reason is that it is more of a reseller plan. The GrowBig can stand as similar comparison but it is also priced at $5.95 / month, which is again higher.
Bluehost on the other hand has the Pro plan at $13.95 / month. They also offer a Dedicated IP and that is probably the reason. The Choice Plus plan is also priced at $6.95, again it is higher than Hostinger.
